Owned the xfinity.com/install activation flow end-to-end. Reduced drop-off by refactoring state management to handle race conditions and shipping simplified UX for plan selection. Built a library of reusable form components adopted across multiple product teams.
Built the Buy & Pick Up In Store sidebar feature for xfinity.com. Integrated Google Maps API for zip-to-store geolocation with real-time inventory lookups, custom map pins, and a togglable map/list view so customers could find nearby stores with devices in stock.
Owned the xumo.com/subscriptions page. Shipped upgrade/downgrade/recovery flows across plan types and built retry logic for failed payments. Contributed to retention flows that significantly reduced involuntary churn. Built internal operations dashboard that cut billing-ticket resolution from hours to minutes.
Full-stack app: typed contact flow end-to-end (TypeScript + Zod), PostgreSQL persistence, email via Resend, layered spam prevention (CSP + rate limiting + origin checks).
